To view "Administration" dialog go to the "Tools"->"Administration"
in the main menu.
Administration settings include:

Setup the
core settings, including General,
Startup and SMTP settings.

Create, edit and delete
System PulseMeter users with the help of "Manage Users" tool.

Use "Manage Agents" administration tools for viewing and managing
System PulseMeter agents.

The "Manage License" dialog contains list of core and agents licenses. To
enter a new license key click the "Apply License Key" button.
