Main menu

• File

  • Exit - stops monitoring and exits the program.

• Tests

  - use these options for tests managing:
  • Create new test - brings up "New Test" dialog. Passing it results new test creation.
  • Perform selected test(s) - performs one or more selected tests.
  • Delete selected test(s) - deletes one or more selected tests after confirmation.
  • Copy - copies one or more selected tests to the clipboard.
  • Paste - pastes tests from the clipboard to the currently selected folder.
  • Duplicate for agents - duplicates selected tests for certain agent(s).
  • Edit test(s) properties - brings up Test properties dialog.

• Tools

  - use these options for program administration and setting agents:
  • Administration - brings up Administration dialog which contains various administration options.
  • Poll agents - polls all the registered agents for status. Results appear at the "System Log" (bottom view).
  • Manage actions - brings up Manage actions dialog.
  • Manage schedule presets - brings up Schedule dialog.
  • Configure SNMP profiles - brings up SNMP profiles dialog.
  • MIB Browser - starts built-in MIB browser for viewing MIB files and using OIDs and other variables for SNMP tests.
  • Pause/resume monitoring - pauses/resumes monitoring. Notification pane appears when monitoring is stopped. You can also perform this action by clicking the corresponding button at the program toolbar.

• Reports

  - use this option to create daily failure reports.
  • Daily failure report - brings up "Daily failure report". This report contains all the tests which failed during certain day.

• Help

  - System PulseMeter Help and About.
  • Order System PulseMeter - opens System PulseMeter order page .
  • Enter registration code - brings up Enter registration code dialog.
  • Apply license code - brings up Apply license code dialog.
